How it works

  1. Paste the markdown reply into the box.
  2. Read the preview: headings, bold, italic, lists (nested one level), links, inline code, fenced code blocks, blockquotes and simple tables all render.
  3. Press the copy button for where it is going: Word, Outlook and Gmail take the rich copy; Slack takes its own mrkdwn; anywhere else takes the plain text copy.

That is the whole tool. It exists because an assistant writes in markdown, and almost nowhere you actually paste a reply renders markdown by itself.

Plain answers

Does my text go anywhere?
No. After the page loads there are no network requests: no server, no account, no upload. What you type or paste stays in this browser tab and is never sent anywhere.
Will the copy look right in every app?
The rich copy writes formatted content the way Word, Outlook and Gmail expect it. A specific version of a specific app may still lay out a table or a nested list its own way; that last step is the receiving application's, not this tool's.
What does the free version leave out?
The 2,000 character cap per pass, dragging in a file, and the Word friendly table mode. The preview and all three copy buttons are the same in both.
